I'm watching a Paul McCartney concert on TV and I am amazed at how great he is. He's confident. He doesn't need flash and gimmicks to entertain. He can sit with a piano and keep every person in a 60,000 seat arena hanging on every note.
I bring him up as an example of what true confidence and great content can deliver. Study the greats. Great authors, Great Speakers, Great Actors, Great Singers – What is it that makes them great? You can learn from all of these places. When you get offered a radio interview, deliver it with the confidence of Paul McCartney.
