I think I deserve kudos…my wife doesn't…so we need you to decide.
We met this weekend back in 1993. I remember watching her walk into the room and thinking holy (&%^*) who is that! It's the girl from the gym who never talks to anyone. She goes on the stairclimber then does a full body workout and then she's off. She is a mystery. I once held the door open for her but she doesn't remember me. Anyway.
It was an official introduction this weekend back in 93 as I said. Now here is where I need your help.
Women slag men constantly for forgetting birthdays or anniversaries. I woke up today and wished her a happy anniversary…thinking I will win HUGE brownie points for being soooo romantic in remembering the date of our first "real" meeting. She shugged it off as no big deal cause we didn't date until many weeks later.
So what do you think. Was it celebration worthy or not? Who wins…Wayne or Melanie?
