Miley Cyrus is catching heat after reportedly failing to leave a tip at the Outback Steakhouse in Burbank, California. Sources told the New York Daily News that that after ordering $70 worth of steak and mac and cheese for herself and sister Brandi, the 16-year-old superstar pocketed the change from a $100 bill she used to pay. Cyrus's spokesperson addressed the incident, telling the Daily News, "She didn't know she was supposed to tip unless she was eating inside."
