This would be a great interview for someone!
YOUNG PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM "QUARTER LIFE CRISIS": Experts say the feeling usually occurs after college, when the young person enters the "real world," and suddenly feels trapped and future-less. Psychiatrists think this feeling might be linked to a pressure to succeed that has been present since childhood.
Psychiatrist Drew Ramsey explains, "The most painful part of the 20s is you feel like you really have to know, and you don't. You'll go through life like the rest of us doing the best you can and it all gets figured out pretty well."
I don't know what happened to me but when I got out of school, I just went for everything. I had no fear and no doubt. Where does all this pressure come from? Why do we do this to ourselves?
What was your toughest years?
I hope you'll leave a comment.
