Couple Appreciation Month – Perfect for relationship coaches and counselors! Couples are busy – so what advice do you have for appreciating each other. Another angle for those who worked with divorced couples – what were the things that they stopped doing that led to the failed marriage?
Distracted Driving Awareness Month – This is a no brainer topic especially with all the people texting and driving. If you are a safety expert or driving instructor – this is a perfect topic for you this month. I saw a news story today saying record numbers of pedestrians are being hit by cars because of this.
Emotional Overeating Awareness Month – Does this affect many people? The stats would be available…How do we know if it’s Emotional eating? Great topic for a body image expert or nutritionist
Global Child Nutrition Month – Another Nutritionist topic – what are 5 thing you wish parents understood about child nutrition?
National Garden Month & National Lawn care Month – There are ton of shows that love discussing these topics. Any person with a lawn will pay attention to when they should fertilize and how to have the best garden or Lawn in the neighbourhood.
Stress Awareness Month – Lots of stress experts can use this topic…what do we need to know about stress?
Testicular Cancer Awareness Month – Here’s a topic that is killing young man. Great topic for a Doctor.
Workplace Conflict Awareness Month – We spend more time with co-workers than our own family so YES there will be issues – who’s a workplace Conflict expert who can share how to not let your co-workers DRIVE YOU NUTS!

Testicular Cancer Awareness Week: 1-7 (aka Get A Grip Day!) – See above for details on this topic.
National Dental Hygienist Week: 8-14 – I’m a tooth brushing freak! So I would interview a hygienist or Dentist who wants to discuss keeping our mouths and teeth clean. I’d ask questions like:
• what works better a electric tooth brush or a manual one?
• What’s the best toothpaste?
• Is organic better?
• What about whitening?
National Student Employment Week: 9-15 – Here’s a great topic for a resume or job finding expert. Like Norman Lieberman at www.yourfirstpriority.com He’s going to be on my show for this topic!
Money Smart Week: 22-29 Money is a topic everyone loves to discuss! So financial experts – what would you like to share about Money Smarts? My client Lorene Collier Purcy has a really fun game she will be playing with radio hosts when she’s on the air this month discussing smart money. Sometimes it’s something silly like a game that can get you asked back again and again as the local go to expert!
National Tattoo Week: 26-30 Perfect topic for Tattoo artists – what do you need to decide before you chose your first tattoo? Who’s getting more tattoo’s these days?
National Small Business Week: April 30- May 5/6 This is what makes our cities go round….its small business…so everyone is happy to help promote Small Business Week
