Prenuptial agreements began as a way for people who are getting married to protect their assets in the event of a divorce, but More magazine reports that the agreements are evolving beyond money and breakups and being used by engaged couples to lay out exactly what they want from the marriage itself. New York attorney Ann-Margaret Corrozza told More about some prenups she has negotiated:
• Weight — Spouse can't gain more than 25 pounds unless within 12 months of giving birth or because of a medical condition.
• Sex — Spouse will have sex two to four times per week.
• Mother-in-Law — Spouse's mother can't join them on any vacation for more than one night.
• TV — Wife allowed to watch only two reality TV shows per week, and husband can watch no more than two televised sports events per month.
• Pets — Wife can't adopt more cats or replace hers when they die.
This would be a great morning radio topic…is fun and controversial?
Leave a reply and let me know – would you sign if any of these topics were in your pre-nup?
