This morning on my radio show I was discussing a new email scam that is going around.
The scammers will share YOUR password with you saying they have hacked into your computer and will share video of you doing inappropriate things, with your email contacts and social media, unless you pay them.
This discussion only lasted about 2 minutes.
Within 60 seconds of finishing the topic, I received a text message on our Wayne and Jayne Show texting line asking if we need an Identity Theft expert to talk about scams like we were just discussing on the show?
What luck! An identity theft expert was listening to us and immediately fired off a quick text.
10 minutes later – he was on the air with us doing an interview about how to know if an email is legit or a scam?
Turns out with all the security breaches it's almost guaranteed your information is out on the dark web available for any hacker to purchase.
This is a great example of how fast YOU could be on the air sharing your knowledge with thousands of listeners!
