Lately I've seen a couple errors on the air that I think should be addressed.
If you disagree with a statement or common belief, you can state that you are against the belief but not attack the person…unless it's Rush Limbaugh…what a moron!
If you don't like Dr Phil, you can talk about modern talk shows that keep showing us the problems but never teach us how to solve the problems. So if you are a relation expert and you see a hole in Dr. Phil's teachings, you can use that as your hook…example –
Relationship expert talks solutions instead of problems. (Note how you didn't attack the talk show host…you only talked about the general talk TV shows)
If I saw this type of email, I would seriously look at booking this guest on my radio show because I know I'm going to get some useable information for my listeners who are in relationships.
You don't attack Phil or any of the international experts until you are big enough superstar…and even then you have to check your ego and opinion at the door…
Remember the Dixie Chicks??? – Can you afford a backlash if you offend the wrong people?
