A British psychologist claims the third Monday of January is the most depressing day of the year……using a formula to determine when people would be at their lowest point…. He said that today is the worst because Christmas bills start arriving, we’ve been battling winter for awhile, many people’s new years’ resolutions have fallen by the way side so you feel bad….
but don't let this news get you down…this is as bad as it'll get this year. It's all better from here on in!
