This is what I wore on a 5 km Freaky Fun Run this past weekend!
I started running in March of this year and by April I wrote an article about how I HATE running…It didn’t work that fast and I kept getting injured.
Now I can honestly say – Running has saved my business!
I’m going to share that story with you soon…but here’s a few things I learned.
1. You have to exercise regularly.
2. You need a partner. (My Wife Melanie started running this year and it’s something we do together.)
3. You also need to eat right. (I used the MyFitnessPalApp on my phone to track my food – I had no idea the amount of calories I was overeating!)
The results – I’m in better shape now than I’ve been in the last 15 years!
